You are an important part of our development team and actively contribute to shaping new cheese products and processes. You will work on exciting development projects and get creative and solution-oriented. In addition, you can independently take smaller projects or subprojects, implement them and present your results in the team. You plan practical experiments and perform them in our modern technology. You document your workflows and evaluate the results. The organization and support of sensory product tastings, including the evaluation with sensory software, are also part of your daily business. In addition, you will get exciting insights into adjacent areas such as production, analytics and technology – so you can expand your horizon and look beyond the plate edge.

You are a student (m/w/d) of food technology/chemistry, food processing technology, ecotrophology or a comparable degree program. You bring enthusiasm for food, a good understanding of technical processes and the motivation to learn new things every day. Ideally, you bring experience in scientific work and enjoy research and analysis tasks. You are an open-minded team player who also takes responsibility independently and always sets new impulses. We require knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and very good German knowledge (at least C1). You also have a driving licence.
