Management, planning and further development of staff from maintenance Planning, organisation and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair work Responsibility for ensuring the technical availability of all production and plant installations Optimization of maintenance and maintenance measures for smooth plant operation Analysis of technical disturbances and derivation and implementation of appropriate improvement measures Cooperation with external partners and support in implementing technical projects Continuous development of processes, standards and processes in the field of maintenance

Successfully completed technical qualification at master or technician level with proven experience in the field of electromechanics, plant and special machine construction or a comparable field Multiannual experience in leadership positions and well-founded practical experience in preventive maintenance and production technology Very good knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean and Change Management Self-employed and solution-oriented work Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
