Result management with the focus on product care and development, accreditation and notification, quality and price policy as well as responsibility for processes, quality assurance, implementation of occupational and health protection, professional training and further training as well as public relations Management and strategic development of the area with approx. 350 employees and managers at eleven locations in Germany Discipline management of about 75 employees in the central areas of the chemical laboratory, environmental assessments and carbon management service including personnel development Cooperative and constructive cooperation with all regions and business areas of TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH and other relevant departments and departments of the TÜV SÜD Group, including the promotion of networking and exchange of best practices Observation and optimal adaptation to future market developments and regulations Developing the service portfolio of the business segment with a focus on the needs and added value for customers Identification and co-design of strategic and business-relevant innovation, digital and process optimization projects

Complete study of the subject, environmental engineering, environmental technology, environmental protection or a similar subject Multiannual leadership experience, both disciplinary and sales and earnings responsibility Ability to inspire employees, motivate and take responsibility Ideally, multi-year practical professional experience in the fields of Immission Protection, Environmental Assessment and/or Auditing in Climate Protection, in particular experience in a notified measuring station according to § 29b BImSchG and/or in the case of immission-protection licensing procedures Representative market and industry knowledge and knowledge of regulatory requirements and national rules Ability to anticipate market developments and unlock growth markets and new customer potentials Further development of employees and promotion of an inclusive working environment High quality and service awareness combined with strategic thinking and willingness to design and joy in promoting innovative ideas Experience in building efficient structures and processes for long-term business success and maximising profitability Sovereignty, communication and conviction German and fluent knowledge of English

With approx. 350 employees and a turnover of over 40 million. Euro is a highly specialized and diverse business unit within the TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH. Our spectrum ranges from the environmental approval and assessment of industrial plants under the Federal Immission Protection Act to the measurement-technical determination of pollutants in industrial plants requiring approval, including the calibration and functional testing of emission meters in Germany and abroad, to the verification of greenhouse gases. We are one of the largest accredited measuring institutes and are listed nationwide as a measuring station according to § 29b BImSchG. We are also the leading partner in the fields of climate protection, renewable energy certification and REACH regulation, also in the international environment.
