Leadership, motivation and further development of the teams as well as ensuring a positive working climate and process xcellency Analysis, optimization and standardization of internal processes for efficiency and quality improvement Consultancy and design of strategic and operational foundations in the credit business (processes and regulatory requirements) Conduct and control of strategically relevant projects with high visibility Design of organizational transformation and further development of methods, standards and tools Preparation and moderation of decision-making processes, workshops and change initiatives Monitoring and further development of the IT strategy in line with business and regulatory requirements Control of outsourcing management Promoting cross-border cooperation through efficient communication and coordination structures

Strategic, powerful and sovereign leadership with high communication strength, method skills, enthusiasm and clear solution and result orientation Funded academic qualification, ideally in business, financial or related fields Multiannual management experience in organizational units, preferably in the banking sector or consulting area of banks Comprehensive expertise in process management, credit business, project management and IT Detectable successes in transformations, process optimizations and the design of changes Experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects and project management competence Safe handling of regulatory requirements Deep knowledge of IT control and outsourcing management High analytical competence and pronounced problem solving capability Ability to tackle strategic challenges and actively shape change processes
