For our prestigious facility management customer, we are looking for a dedicated master of the house at the next possible time as part of the transfer of employees – handcrafted/technical (m/w/d).

They serve a total of seven objects within Berlin, which are located close to each other and are within walking distance. A driving licence is therefore not required.

♪ Your future task:

• Care of tenants and users in residential and commercial properties
• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and repair work
• Regular control and building tours to ensure a proper object condition
• Documentation of rounds, defects and work carried out
• Operation, control and monitoring of industrial plants
• Implementation of small remodeling, assembly and adaptation work
• equipment and preparation of rooms with furniture, technical equipment and work materials
• Support for internal transfers and spatial changes
• Support, instruction and coordination of external service providers and craft companies
• Control of the proper execution of commissioned work
• Creation of reports, protocols and technical documentation
• Maintenance and collection of relevant data in the computer systems used
• Contact for tenants, customers and internal specialist areas on site

Your profile for Hausmeister – handcrafted/technical (m/w/d) starting at €18.00 /h:

• Complete vocational training in a craft or technical profession (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Tischler (m/w/d), Maler (m/w/d), Gebäudetechniker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Professional experience in object care, building technology, house technology or as master of the house
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Friendly and binding occurrence
• Teamability and good communication skills
• Careful appearance
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• readiness to support several objects accessible by foot
• Medical fitness according to G20 and G25
