Your tasks:**

• Preparation of baked goods such as bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and specialties
• Pre- and preparation of doughs by recipe
• Control and monitoring of baking processes
• Maintenance and operation of the machines and equipment used
• Ensuring product quality while maintaining hygienic standards
• Participation in the development of new bakery products and recipes
• Cleaning and order in the working area

Requirements:

• Completed training as a baker or comparable qualification
• Passion for bakery and craftsmanship
• Quality awareness, reliability and team skills
• Self-employed and structured work
• Get ready for shift service (no weekends)
• Good knowledge of German
