You support our local employees through competent and service-oriented IT onsite support. You process incoming IT tickets reliably, efficiently and always with a view to the best possible user experience. You are responsible for installations, configurations, maintenance and error analysis on hardware and software. You will ensure a smooth IT operation by quickly resolving disruptions on site and clarifying technical concerns in a solution-oriented manner. You work closely with the central IT areas and act as a contact person for local IT topics in the locations and branches. You support the implementation and further development of ITSM processes and standards.
A completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist informatics, IT-Kaufmann/-frau). Professional experience in IT support or IT service management, ideally in direct onsite support. Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in solving technical challenges independently. Very good communication skills, service orientation and professional experience in dealing with users. Good knowledge in handling ticket systems, ITIL processes as well as common IT infrastructures, terminals and networks. Readiness to travel to support multiple sites.
