This is what awaits you You check, control and monitor the relevant systems and processes in the Playout Center to ensure trouble-free transmission operation First Level Support and Havari Management in Playout are among your tasks You also document events in the Service Report and POC Blog and start tickets You secure the presence and the pause control of the transmission technicians during the shift As a central contact for the Team Transmission Technology, you are available in process-oriented questions about the services in playout Support in optimizing workflows in the Playoutcenter completes your task profile In addition, you act as a communicative link to the team and department management and the associated unions

You have relevant professional experience as a transmission technician and deeper knowledge of technology infrastructure in playout A sense of responsibility and a sense of decision, in particular in the event of a disaster, distinguish you Your communication skills, your independence and flexibility and resilience in stress situations complete your profile You are ready to work in 3-shift operation
