Project Manager Ventilation Technology (m/f/d)

In your role as project manager, you take over the independent management and execution of projects in the field of ventilation technology, taking care of the planning, organization and implementation You develop technical concepts and work on economic solutions while you create and calculate offers at the same time You are expecting the creation of assembly, execution and revision drawings, which you will produce in close coordination with construction managers, contractors and other project participants Your tasks include the coordination and monitoring of assembly personnel as well as after-contractors to ensure a timely and professional project execution Date, quality and cost control of current projects are your responsibility as well as monitoring the project budgets and their cost-effectiveness

You have a well-founded knowledge of how to use the CAD drawing tool and have completed your studies in the field of building and energy technology Your experience in budgeting, project planning and process management helps you to efficiently manage and succeed projects It would be desirable if you had already gained several years of experience in managing projects in ventilation Your strong organizational skills and your structured workmanship allow you to effectively master complex tasks With your very good communication skills as well as your ability to motivate and lead teams, you are instrumental in achieving the project goals
