Procurement Managers: You advise and accompany specialist areas, from the legally secure production and publication of the documents via our award portal to the careful examination of the offers and preparation of the awards, as well as all legal issues arising during the performance period. Don't worry: if you're not a professional yet, you'll be trained by us Documentation professionals: You ensure the necessary documentation of all process steps, ensure traceability and thus create a resilient basis for legally secure decisions and audit-proof procurement processes Innovation engine: You actively contribute your know-how, work intensively on projects and processes and develop your own ideas for the optimization and renewal of the ÖPNV as part of the awards, always focusing on innovative and practical legal solutions Crisis Managers: You play a central role in acute legal or organizational issues and bring structure into challenging situations

First state exams in law or comparable qualification with relevant knowledge in procurement law Ideally, there are first practical experiences in procurement law You are ready for performance, open to diverse topics and find solutions that can be implemented, creative and innovative You will be able to draw up knowledge of the relevant legal areas (in particular procurement, contract and public transport law) You have an affinity for economic, legal and political relations Target-group-oriented communication, consulting skills and negotiation skills are among your competencies The ability to self-organisation as well as structured and planned working processes complete your profile.
