Your profile:

• Experience in telephone communication and coaching
• Methodological competence in adult education
• Structured and result-oriented operation
• Additional training/coaching qualifications
• High problem solving and enthusiasm for the development of people
• Team orientation and motivation to promote others
• Working part-time 20 h/week

Your tasks:

• Training and coaching of about 30 employees in the area of telephone communication
• Conception and execution of trainings to improve communication, rhetoric and handling of customers
• Development of individual coaching concepts and training materials
• Support in the further development of talk guides, we work with different customers from the most diverse industries
• Motivation and support of team members to increase their communication skills
• Implementation of individual coaching and group training
• Regular feedback and performance tracking
