Telematics Coordinator (m/f/d)

You control and coordinate our service providers so that, for example, the supply of our insurers with electronic health cards works smoothly You always keep in mind processes and data flows, identify optimization potentials and implement improvements together with our specialist areas and external partners As a friendly and competent contact person (m/w/d) support our departments in all questions about telematics You actively accompany the introduction of new technologies and innovations in the telematics infrastructure In addition, you support the budget and take responsibility for auditing invoices

Completed commercial training in administration or health care (e.g. social security specialist, health care merchant, administration specialist) or studies in health care (e.g. health management) Professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a statutory health insurance or another institution with interfaces to the telematics infrastructure Practical experience in cooperation with external service providers Safe handling of IT systems, good understanding of processes and data flows and interest in digital innovations in healthcare Impressed service and communication strength: You appear friendly, clear and binding Fun in team-wide cooperation, high moderation capability and structured, reliable operation
