Coordinator Building Service / Property Management (m/f/d)

Coordination and supervision of external service providers (purification, maintenance, disposal etc.) Acceptance and control of fault messages and service requests Conducting regular visits to quality control and traffic control Support in event and training (organizational room and service coordination) Management of keys and access rights Documentation, ticket maintenance and reporting of open points Coordination and administration of the IHK fleet Participation in the Safety Committee

This position does not include craft activities. Repairs and technical work are carried out exclusively by external specialist firms.

Insufficient professional experience in object service, facility management or service provider coordination Experience in handling ticket systems/CAFM and access and key management Very good German knowledge, English knowledge desirable High reliability, service orientation and security awareness Willingness to continue training in the areas of occupational safety and fire protection Driving licence mandatory
