Advising employees, stakeholders and solution-oriented assistance in compliance concerns of the operating areas of tesa SE and its affiliates Pragmatic implementation of compliance requirements in the business processes of tesa SE and its affiliates in Germany and abroad Global, just communication related to different compliance measures and initiatives Planning, support in - or independent implementation of compliance training Examination of operational projects and projects with regard to possible compliance risks Revision and innovation of user-friendly policies and practical processes Administration and implementation of compliance measures and initiatives as well as committee and expert meetings Responsibility for compliance case management Close cooperation with the Compliance Team, the Compliance experts, the interdisciplinary interface functions and Beiersdorf Support of the Chief Compliance Officer in the continuous development of the tesa Compliance Management System

Successfully completed studies as (economic)jurist:in / BWL with the focus on compliance or comparable course of study with similar orientation Influential professional experience in compliance in the international environment, ideally in the automotive industry or the chemical industry Analytical as well as conceptual ability to capture compliance risks along with the elaboration of pragmatic solutions and system adjustments Embossed initiative and passion for the use of design-free spaces Engaged, creative personality with ''Hands-on-Mentality' Communication strength and excellent knowledge of German and English Team skills and desire to work in a small team with flat hierarchies
