Your tasks As part of our nationwide team, you will lead customers from the areas of Public Sector (Bund, Land, Commune) and their critical infrastructures to the digital future through solution-oriented consultations. You create modern and secure solutions for millions of people, creating added value for society and public in Germany and Europe every day. We are looking for smart heads, creative creators: inside, IT-Gurus, organizational artists, analysts: inside. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: You support the planning, design, control and implementation of transformation projects in the public sector or in areas with special security requirements. You support ministries, public authorities and other public-sector bodies or critical infrastructures with innovative methods in their tasks to implement digital transformation projects. You are part of a team for consulting in customer projects to plan and implement information flows and IT landscapes in a sustainable and sustainable manner. You use classic management methods or accompany and coach our customers: in the introduction of agile methods such as Scrum and SAFE or innovative technologies. You gradually take over the professional leadership of team members. Your skill set You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master). You have experience and interest in shaping transformations and digitalization. You have readiness to travel and very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level).
