For our Service Solution Providing (SSP), we are looking for team management (m/w/d) network infrastructure and security at the Munich site. Your team (currently 13 internal specialists and possibly other external employees) has the operation of the internal data center as well as central technical base IT services such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet backbone and the company-internal security systems. The team will be rounded off with the provision of the company-internal telephony as well as the call center infrastructure. Thanks to your effective leadership work, you will enable your team to be committed and effective so that you can achieve the goals set in the time and cost plan. Through your technical background, you can identify potentials for the further development of the topics and enable your team to advance them. Your team will also be able to cut off “old pots” by your ability to innovate. For your employees, you are an esteemed Sparring partner to accompany them with professional challenges and in exchange with process partners. Monitoring and optimizing existing external contracts and, if necessary, creating alerts for projects challenge your entrepreneurial side.

Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g. computer science) or comparable training with multi-year relevant professional experience Multiannual (> 5 years) Detectionably successful management of external partners and the management of larger IT projects Very good knowledge about IT service management (ITIL) Expertise in the network and security environment is obvious to you
