Senior/Lead Commissioning Engineer – Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

Responsibility and management of the commissioning processes of highly complex plant construction systems, in particular in the field of power plant and process engineering Planning, coordination and organisation of commissioning processes on site, including tests, measurements and test operating phases, as well as accompanying test operations of the plants Structure and control of the entire commissioning chain (pre-commissioning, loop checks, cold/hot commissioning, performance tests) Execution and Taxation of FAT (works acceptance test) and SAT (sales inspection on site), P&ID-Walkdowns as well as technical acceptances with OEMs and the suppliers of the entire plant Developing operational concepts in close coordination with internal and external project participants and stakeholders Creating Commissioning schedules in cooperation with the scheduler:in Ensure the quality and functionality of the systems including the corresponding documentation Ensure efficient communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders

Complete studies of electrical, supply or energy technology, or comparable engineering studies or further training as master/technician:in relation to power plant technology, MSR or TGA Multiannual professional experience in commissioning highly complex industrial plants (e.g. power plants, petrochemicals, steel production, manufacturing industry, EPC/EPCM environment) Ideal knowledge of international standards and standards (VGB, IEC, EN, ASME, Printing Equipment, Machine Directive) 5 days on site at the construction site Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Solution-oriented, proactive method combined with communication and negotiation skills
