Your tasks:

• maintain and develop the assigned fleet customers independently customer-oriented and batch-oriented
• Acquiring new fleet customers and developing them successfully (sales/ yield)
• nationwide service car users and interested parties qualified to advise, demand-oriented offers in compliance develop pre-defined car policies of customers and orders incl. Delivery competently customer-specific unwind
• successfully conduct sales, tendering and contract negotiations with fleet decision-makers and Sales contracts
• Mercedes-Benz offer service products such as financial services, service contracts and media media
• to actively monitor the fleet and competition market, to develop resulting sales promotion measures, and actively driving their implementation
• with service providers relevant to the customer such as leasing companies, fleet & logistics service providers work together in a solution-oriented manner

The body is unlimited and full-time.

You have a certification as an automotive vendor (m/w/d) according to VDA/VDIK/ZDK and also the following:

• completed technical or commercial training or completed studies
• Multiannual experience as a car dealer
• Professional handling of customers as well as winning appearance
• High level of performance orientation and independent working
• Experience with digital sales processes
• Proofable sales success in current activity
• Proven successes in the new customer acquisition
