What you can do with us: Advising our HR and IT area on international topics on the Workday modules Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits

Basic knowledge of the HCM Core module required

Workday Pro Certificates in these modules desirable

Design and active implementation of the discussed configurations in Workday taking into account effects on other Workday modules and integrations

Functional and technical understanding of the payroll interface with professional know-how in collective bargaining is absolutely necessary

Evaluation and embedding of system relays in the existing system configuration

Active cooperation in global (partial) projects

Experiences in additional Workday modules of advantage

Regular completion of Workday training

What you bring: Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification (e.g. business informatics, business management with a focus on personnel, economics, project management, cloud computing or comparable)

3+ years of workday experience

Experiences in the global rollout of HRIS systems

German at native language level in word and writing, good English skills

Enthusiasm for HR, digital transformation processes and collaborative work

Your own initiative, your sense of responsibility and your courage to make decisions

Impressive communication strength that convinces even in complex or challenging situations

Joy in questioning existing processes and continuously improving
