IT Governance Manager (m/f/d)

Its diverse tasks include: Participation in the IT risk management process, especially in the identification, evaluation and tracking of IT risks Accompanying IT transformation projects from governance perspective, including the assessment and follow-up of governance-relevant requirements Monitoring of internal and external audits and coordination and follow-up of audit findings Participation in the creation and further development of IT reporting, including the preparation of reports for IT management and the Executive Board Evaluation of regulatory developments and evaluation of their applicability for the IT organisation, in particular in the context of KWG, MaRisk and DORA Governance-side integration into the assessment of contractual relationships with IT service providers, with particular emphasis on cloud service providers and the related requirements according to DORA Monitoring the topicality and completeness of the written order (SfO) in the IT sector as well as monitoring and tracking of the associated key control activities

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, economics or comparable qualifications Professional experience in consulting or in a banking environment, related to IT governance, IT risk management, IT compliance or related topics Good understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular KWG, MaRisk and DORA, and their relevance to the IT organisation of a bank Knowledge of the COBIT framework is advantageous Experience in monitoring audits and dealing with audit findings and action tracking Structured, self-sponsored working with pronounced quality awareness Very good analytical skills as well as clear and address-oriented communication with specialist areas, IT units, revision and external auditors Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level)
