Onsite Supporter (m/w/d)

Оccupation: IT specialist - system integration

We, the Allgeier IT Services, are currently looking for backup for our onsite team through a Onsite supporter (m/w/d). The position is to be occupied in Donauwörth.

Your tasks:

• Construction, commissioning and repair of clients and printers
• Configuration of systems (BIOS settings/installation standard and special software/registry processing)
• Installation of hardware modifications
• Easy system and performance analysis as well as diagnostics and troubleshooting in hardware, system and application software
• Patches of phones and IT equipment and configuration of routers
• Customer phone support and user instruction

Your profile:

• Experience gained in handling IT end devices (clients, smartphones, tablets) as well as printers (workplace printers, multifunctional devices, etc.)
• Good knowledge in the environment of Windows servers, Microsoft products and standard office jobs
• Experiences in the administration of common platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Endpointmanager, etc.)
• Experience in handling a ticket system (ITIL compliant)
• Good communication skills in word and writing (German/English) as well as independent, solution-oriented working style and reliability
