Engagement Manager Strategic Ecosystem & Co-Creation (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively work on how innovations from startups are being carried into large organisations? In this role, you connect early-phase startups, the venture ecosystem and business units and are responsible for structured cooperation along the entire collaboration cycle. Be part of The Bau Ventures, the venture capital and build platform, at one of our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or Stuttgart. You make sure that our portfolio startups are structured and working effectively with the business units of our anchor investor Drees & Sommer You are responsible for the operational implementation of our co-creation program as a pre-seed format with early-phase founders You design and guide workshops between startups and business units to define pilots, roadmaps and next steps You identify internal sponsors:inside and maintain the anchorage of relevant startup solutions in the organization You develop and maintain relevant relationships in the venture ecosystem, such as VCs, accelerators, universities and strategic partners You control the exchange with the venture ecosystem, prioritize external enquiries and use our startup tunnel specifically for internal needs You represent The Bau Ventures to the outside and organize selected formats such as Demo Days or Innovation Deep Dives

Multiannual professional experience (3-5 years) in Venture Capital, Corporate Venturing, Venture Building or Consulting Impressive ability to mediate between startup and corporate world Structured, process-oriented operation and high implementation strength Experience in managing multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders You like to work pragmatically, grab with and take over responsibilityInterest on PropTech, ConTech or the real estate and construction industry Very good knowledge of German (safe for negotiation) and fluent English
