You manage and optimize our LAN, WLAN and mobility infrastructure You provide technical support in IT support at Level 2 and Level 3, together with the internal team and external service providers You develop IT processes, system documentation and role and responsibility descriptions, along with IT support You install, configure and manage our global client server systems and perform bug fixes You manage and develop the Microsoft environment and take over the technical management of our cloud provider and licenses You advise specialist departments and project teams and monitor and optimise the technical platform for IT operations

You bring at least two years of professional experience in IT administration and have very good knowledge with client server systems (also with Active Directory) You have good knowledge of M365 and sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure as well as network security and firewalls You have completed vocational training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You are interested in working on new tasks and topics such as IT security, and have good communication and team skills You have analytical thinking, structured problem solving, resilience and responsibility You have a class B license for occasional trips to our locations and very good German and good English skills
