Your tasks: You coordinate projects for the rollout of software updates and patches in the complex system landscapes of our customers Assessment of system environments before implementation, by analysis based on technical requirements Communication and coordination with customers, internal teams and external service providers Existing IT processes are analyzed and adapted based on your experience You define processes using documentation, training and request management Automation options are identified by you and accompanied until implementation Based on your previous experience in setting up and maintaining systems, you are now coordinating these activities.
