Responsibility for the timely production of operating and heating cost accounting as well as for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in the field of cost management including organisational and content development of the department Discipline management of around 60 employees as well as five team lines incl. Further development of leaders and teams in quality, productivity and cooperation Promoting an appreciation of the team and a service- and quality-oriented cooperation Analysis and optimization of business processes and control of KPI-based quality and service management Budget responsibility, personnel deployment planning and close cooperation with internal stakeholders, departments and works councils

You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial/business sector Insufficient professional experience in the real estate sector, desirable in the area of additional costs, are available You bring multi-year leadership experience from your previous professional activities As an authentic and empathic personality, you create a climate of enthusiasm, creativity and performance in your team and promote the potential of your employees: In terms of content, you have a high conceptual understanding of commercial business processes in the housing industry and are also experienced in handling key figures and targets.
