Perception of object responsibility for the associated objects Compliance with customer and user contact care and contact function on site Control of technical and infrastructural services in the associated objects and performance areas assignment, control and handling of external services Planning and implementation of quality improvement measures Planning of the control services for the objects according to the customer contracts and legal regulations Compliance with operator obligations Implementation of fault and defect management for all services in the supervised objects Perform object visits and determine, display and set value conservation measures Conduct small construction and construction maintenance measures

Complete vocational training in one of the HKLE trade unions and master qualification Experience in facility management desirable Less training for the specialist:in FM / technician:in or comparable Ideally professional experience in a comparable position Knowledge Business Administration and Good Excel Knowledge Microsoft Dynamics knowledge desirable
