Working Student in Human Resources / HR – Job Descriptions & Collective Bargaining Law (m/f/d)

Strengthen our team at the next possible time.

• Support in the creation, adaptation and structured management of fee-relevant job descriptions

• Research on current questions and interpretations of the remuneration framework agreement of the Bavarian metal and electrical industry including relevant case law

• preparation and summary of content from collective agreements, business agreements and other relevant documents

• Support of the HR team for administrative tasks in the daily business

• Continuous study of economics, social sciences or a comparable course of studies focusing on human resources or labour sciences

• Interest in the structured analysis and design of job and job descriptions in the industrial environment

• Interest in remuneration systems and in the establishment and practical application of the remuneration framework agreement

• Careful and reliable operation in a dynamic HR environment

• Very good German knowledge (at least B2-level)
