Processing of all processes from entry to exit independent processing of defined personal management processes such as the creation of work contracts, contract changes, work certificates and the processing of parental protection and parental leave Own-responsible processing, time-limit monitoring and system recording of work inability times (including eAU call), maternity periods and parental periods Support in the preparation of the monthly fee billing including maintenance and management of the accounting data Timely processing of notification and certification as well as data transmission Authorities, offices and social security institutions Creation of evaluations and statistics Working with HR projects

A completed commercial training, ideally for / to the personnel specialist businessman (m/w/d) At least 3 years of relevant experience in personnel management and pay billing, ideally in public service Very good knowledge of social security, wage tax and labour law and collective bargaining A safe handling of MS Office, good knowledge of P&I LOGA are desirable High service orientation, strong communication and team skills, targeted and independent working, high commitment
