Your duties include: self-employed organisation, coordination and control of all operational and administrative departments, as well as ensuring and implementing the defined Motel One standards Own-responsibility of new employees, leadership, motivation and training of the teams to achieve revenue targets and compliance with the cost budget Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in close cooperation with the Head Office departments, as well as regular reporting to the regional management The welfare of our guests and employees is at your heart?
