Then come to KORSCH, an owner-managed family company in the fourth generation. We are looking for reinforcement for our HR team at our headquarters in Berlin Reinickendorf. From A, such as billing, the heart of personnel handling, to Z, such as testimonials, you are responsible for the operational employee lifecycle of mechatronics, engineers and buyers, service technicians and working students, to machining mechatronicsers. Preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly wage and salary billing and support for the time economy HR Services Support in generalist HR topics and representation within the team Working with HR projects where structured working and experience are estimated Support for the annual accounts Optional: Work in Recruiting, Personal Development or Health Management – according to experience and interest

Successfully completed commercial training and/or a study with HR-reference Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in a medium-sized environment Very good knowledge of wage and salary accounting and time economy as well as in wage tax, social security and labour law Joy of numbers, accuracy and administrative tasks Team-oriented, reliable operation Secure IT skills (MS-Office, accounting systems, etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
