Their tasks focus on the work in the laboratory using the following molecular biological and microbiological methods: PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, qPCR, restriction digestion, cloning of genes and genetic engineering work with bacteria and yeasts in the S1 range. Occasionally involved in experiments in the field and in the greenhouse and the support of the scientific staff are provided.
