Environmental Planner – Focus on Coherence NATURA 2000 (m/f/d)

You work on projects that are relevant to nature conservation and coherence throughout the company – including planning methods for large port construction projects with investment volumes in the multi-digit million area, water permit procedures as well as construction applications – and work closely with the branches, or complement their fields of work, in particular › NATURA 2000 Coherence Measures and Other Compensation Issues — Call for proposals, coordination and technical support for planning and implementation / if necessary independent planning of measures › Monitoring — Call for tenders, coordination / if necessary independent planning and technical support of ecological monitoring programmes (e.g. avifauna, Benthos, fish fauna, marine mammals) › Environmental expert planning — Call for proposals, coordination and technical assistance of environmental reports, technical contributions and approval documents (UVP, FFH-VP, species protection, etc.) › Authorities communication — Technical coordination with nature conservation authorities, waterways and shipping offices and experts › Interdisciplinary cooperation — Close cooperation with civil engineers, hydrologists, geotechnical engineers, biologists and project management If necessary, you also take over other tasks.

› Complete study of landscape and environmental planning, landscape ecology, environmental sciences or comparable disciplines › Funded knowledge in the NATURA 2000 area protection, species protection and requirements of the intervention regulation › Funded knowledge in the field of nature conservation measures planning and execution planning › Experience in the field of port construction, water construction or maritime infrastructure of advantage › Secure handling of GIS systems (ArcGIS/QGIS) › Ability to prepare complex ecological relationships accurately and understandably › Communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary project work › Secure German knowledge (at least C1 level) › Class B driving licence
