Creation, testing and negotiation of national and international contracts (particularly pharmaceutical licensing, supply, wage manufacturing, development and distribution contracts) Advising our specialist agreements on various juris­tical issues in the fields of pharmaceuticals, cost­adjustment and competition law Assessment of process risks, monitoring of judicial procedures and clarification of legal issues

Completed study of legal sciences with a successful 2nd juris­tic State exam Multiannual professional experience, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry / medical devices German and English language skills in word and writing Very good understanding of the economic contexts and consequences of fraud Holistic thinking both in the team and throughout the company
