Support and advice of our national and international customers Creation and tracking of offers and complete order processing Active and proactive customer approach to maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities Supporting our external service through targeted sales activities in the internal service Participation in the acquisition of new customers and processing and tracking of leads Maintenance of customer and product data in the ERP system Coordination and appointment with production, logistics and purchasing Processing of customer requests, complaints and delivery dates Support in the preparation and implementation of trade fairs and participation Creation of sales-relevant evaluations and statistics Depending on the qualification: Support for commercial accounting and administration activities

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/industry businesswoman, merchant/buyer for office management or comparable qualification Professional experience in sales services, ideal in an industrial environment Pleasure of active customer approach and sales work Impressed communication skills and secure appearance on the phone and in written customer contact Secure handling of ERP systems and Microsoft Office – especially Excel Knowledge of debitor and creditor accounting is advantageous Experience in dealing with commercial processes and administrative processes desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) and good English in word & writing are required Additional foreign language skills of advantage Structured, independent and reliable operation Team spirit, commitment and a high level of customer orientation
