Active cooperation in the team Alternatives ESG Integration with focus on real estate investments Support for the collection, analysis and quality assurance of ESG data, e.g. Energy certificates, building certifications and consumption data Creating meaningful portfolio analyses and understandable preparation of results in Excel and presentations participation in the introduction and optimization of IT applications in the ESG environment, including tests and process improvements Observing market and regulatory developments in ESG and sustainability with a focus on real estate management

Studies in business, engineering, real estate or a comparable degree course, ideally with touch points Sustainability management Impressive learning and interest in sustainability and ESG issues Analytical way of thinking and structured, careful working High reliability, initiative and careful working Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint German and English knowledge at least level C1
