In supplier capacity management, we are responsible for the overall safeguarding of the delivery capacities in new-type, model care and series projects. These challenges include: Support in preparing the supply chain for series production to ensure the delivery capability of components

Cooperation with internal departments (planning, development, QM, logistics) and over 2,000 global suppliers

Cooperation in the creation of supplier information packages and the implementation of capacity enquiries

Documentation of supplier feedback, tracking of missing answers and identification of supply risks:

Regular reporting on supplier capacities, prevention and risks

Competent creation of weekly range reports for the top management

Preparation of internal reports and presentations (German/English) for project bodies and leaders

Updating and further development of the internal Power BI dashboard

Preparation and logging of weekly project meetings

Support in the preparation and implementation of workshops

Working with additional projects and special tasks

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills
