Tasks: Advising and supporting managers in the development and implementation of personnel measures Supporting employees across the entire Employee Lifecycle Development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives Analysis and optimization of personal processes and structures Close cooperation with other stakeholders - national and international - such as recruiting, personnel development and legal department Processing and analysis of HR data as a basis for decision Qualifications In addition to studying a relevant subject (e.g. business management, psychology, social sciences), you bring several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner or in a comparable role. We also want the following qualifications: Good knowledge of German labour law Experience in working with an works council Excellent communication and problem solving skills Self-employed, proactive and structured work Flexibility and resilience to continuously advance themes in a dynamic environment.
