The IT support, client and identity management unit is responsible for the provision and management of various computer workstations (administration, training rooms, etc.). Installation, configuration and updating of stationary and mobile clients (PCs) and associated (specialized) software with desktop management software Package and provision of software packages and security updates for automated installation further development of existing concepts for the managed environment and the expansion of the pilot operation of the software distribution, so that managed PC workstations can also be used outside the KIM and the administration Concept creation for the provision of software for student hardware, for example by application virtualization (Bring your own device) Implementation of system-related training and creation of training documents and instructions, as well as the advice of teachers and testers on the IT-technical equipment and possibilities of use of the rooms

Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in the field of computer science or a comparable field of study or comparable qualification Very good general IT skills of the operating system Windows Excellent and comprehensive IT skills in the field of desktop management software In-depth knowledge of automation in Windows based software environments Basic IT knowledge of the different programs regarding automated installation High degree of autonomy, ability to act independently and to prioritize tasks Team spirit and ability to work on new topics independently Conceptual competence, pronounced quality awareness, very good communication and cooperation capability as well as a high degree of service orientation Good general and professional English language skills in word and writing
