The restaurant **HUGOS ** focuses on quality – best ingredients, precise preparation, served in stylish ambience. We offer top à la carte cuisine with focus on steaks, fine supplements and seasonal dishes. To strengthen our team we are looking for a cook (m/w/d) with pleasure in good food, team work and clean craftsmanship.

What you expect from us: A modern workplace in a quiet, natural environment – without downtown stress. They work in the restaurant HUGOS, a stylish à la carte restaurant and in the Stammhaus Dessau, a cozy dining pub with regional cuisine. There is also an event centre for celebrations, conferences and events on the grounds, where our kitchen team regularly provides the guests with buffets or menus. With this variety you can expect varied tasks from à la carte to event.

Your tasks

• Support of the kitchen team in the preparation and preparation of food
• Preparation of ingredients and Mise en Place
• Setting up and dispensing food
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
• Cleaning and care of work equipment and kitchen areas
• Support for goods and storage
• With the help of events, buffets and à la carte services
