Back/Middle Office Specialist (m/f/d)

After successful integration, you will focus on the following activities: Control and monitoring of settlement processes from the securities transactions of the entire Lang & Schwarz Group Participation in the new emission process of specially emitted structured products Coordination of trading positions and elimination of differences Processing of open sets including escalation management Accompanying regulatory adjustments and resulting derivation of the concrete need for action for the Lang & Schwarz Group Identification of operational risks and development and implementation of appropriate process and control improvements Operational support of external business partners and coordination of relevant topics With these tasks, you will be supported by an experienced, committed and dynamic team of the back/middle office and work in close, trusting cooperation with your colleagues.

Technical knowledge: Completed banking training, ideally complemented by the multiannual professional experience in the field of settlement of securities transactions in local and extracurricular trade Interest in asset classes such as shares, bonds, ETFs, derivatives and common OTC products Secure handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel Very good German knowledge and good subject-related English knowledge in word and writing Social skills (soft skills): Joy of work in the team and the further development of processes in a dynamic environment High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured, precise way of working Impressed communication skills in dealing with internal disciplines, business partners and customers as well as a professional and service-oriented appearance

As a rule, we offer a hybrid working model with a mix of presence work and mobile work. For your mobile workstation, we will provide you with the technical equipment. The trade area, i.e. our TradeCenter, obviously only works with presence work. Ask directly how the regulation is for your job.
