Your task:

• Ensuring and further developing hygiene and infection protection standards in the nursing home

• Creation, implementation and monitoring of the hygiene plan according to IfSG and RKI and KRINKO recommendations

• Advising and supporting the nursing service management and employees in hygiene-relevant issues

• regular hygiene and internal controls

• Training and guidance of employees

• Participation in outburst management and in official visits

• Documentation and evaluation of hygienic measures

• Cooperation with external service providers

• Ensuring demand-oriented, quality-oriented care according to legal requirements and internal standards

• Responsibility for the implementation and further development of quality management

• Active cooperation in care

Your profile:

• They have completed training in health care (care professional, elderly, health care and nursing)

• Complete training on hygiene or hygiene officers with appropriate qualifications• Experience in the field of stationary old care is desirable

• Good knowledge of relevant legal requirements and guidelines

• Responsible, structured and independent operation

• Communication strength, training skills and team skills

• Secure and routined handling of Microsoft Office applications
