Trainer Railway Operations

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a trainer: in railway operations (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Augsburg or Munich site. Your tasks:

You take training courses for the function training to/from the train taxer (w / m / d) as well as for the switchboarder:in As a contact person:in you accompany the training from the first day to the final examination and ensure the learning objectives of all participants If necessary, you provide useful help with individual learning concepts to anchor knowledge and security of action sustainably The documentation of the course and the attendance as well as the demonstration of the thematic placement are carried out independently You support selected adjustment training for the staff and training for the trainees EiB F / ZVS You will also carry out regular training in the form of 'specialized information and training' (FIT) with training with results (TmE) through You will also bring your operational knowledge into the creation, updating and further development of training and examination documents as well as in the practical handling of control simulations (e.g. PRESIM, #VRStw)

Your profile:

At least 3 years of professional experience, of which 4 months as train tax (w / m / d), or district manager:in operation with one year of professional practice in this position You are a specialist in railway operations (IHK) or comparable qualification, for example as a state-tested:r Verkehrstechniker:in railway operations, Bachelor of Engineering Railways (Intensification of railway operations and infrastructure, incl.
