Completed career training of the superior service of the general administration (completed study to the graduate administrator or Bachelor of Arts – Public Administration) or completed administrative, economic or business studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) or a comparable, relevant field of study Multi-annual, detectable experience in the field of enforcement/cassing or with reference to the above-mentioned field of activity Funded knowledge of enforcement law and municipal tax law knowledge of the specialist applications avviso, enaio and H&H proDoppik or the ability and willingness to work into these specialist procedures in the short term Completion and willingness to implement a cooperative leadership style in conjunction with detectable human and organisational leadership experience and responsibility High level of commitment and flexibility in connection with the ability to self-organise (especially in times of high workload) Extensive cooperation, enforcement and decision-making power, as well as a high sense of responsibility and responsibility Very good addressable communication and expressiveness in word and writing in conjunction with a self-safe and binding occurrence Intercultural competence and gender competence Secure knowledge of German language in word and font (min. level C1 CEFR)
