Construction and project management (m/f/d)

As a construction and project manager at TBS Bautenschutz you are in the middle of it instead of just there. You bring projects to the streets, keep dates and costs under control and make sure that everything goes round at the construction site. Here you have an overview, meet decisions and grab when it comes to it. You take the tax: Your construction projects are technically, economically and on time in your hand. You have the numbers in mind: you create offers, scales and bills and make sure that the invoice is also valid in the end. You bring people together: you co-ordinate our entrepreneurs and make clear arrangements and a smooth run on the site. You find solutions: technical challenges? You think, find pragmatic solutions and put them on the stage. You are close to the customer: You advise our customers competently, solution-oriented and at eye level.

You don't have to be perfect. It is important that you understand building, want to take responsibility and want to move things forward. You have the right training: studies in civil engineering or training in the construction industry – ideally with training as master, technician or a comparable qualification. You know the construction site: First experience in construction or project management as well as technical understanding and interest in building protection and renovation. You have an overview: organizational talent, a structured and reliable way of working, and a sense of responsibility. You can take people with you: you communicate clearly and safely, you can stand up confidently and work with customers, entrepreneurs and colleagues. You’re mobile and you’re thrilling: Class B driving license, commitment and team spirit are yours.
