IT Service Manager - Classified (m/f/d)

We are looking for a:n IT-Service Manager:in for classified information at the Cologne site, which is responsible for the technical and organizational support of our VS environment. You are the central contact person for VS end devices and act as an interface between users, IT security and external service providers to ensure that all processes run safely, compliant and smoothly. Activities Development and implementation of service strategies for providing and managing VS services based on business requirements Output of VS end devices to authorized employees and support in setup, commissioning and technical questions Monitoring the performance and availability of VS services and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs Function as interface between users, IT security and external service providers Control of external service providers in close coordination with team management and internal stakeholders Planning and support of VS projects in cooperation with IT architecture and requirements management Team The IT Service Management team is responsible for the operation and further development of BwBM's IT infrastructure – including the VS environment as a particularly safety-sensitive segment. The team works closely with the IT architecture, the requirement management and external service providers.

Detectionable VS experience (e.g. Bundeswehr, Security Authorities, Arms/Wehrtechnikindustrie, Secret Protection Authorities or comparable strictly regulated security areas) is absolutely necessary. Practical experience with VS processes, VSA-compliant processes, licensed IT systems Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT security as the basis for organizational decisions Experience in project management and in the control of external service providers Complete study of (economic) informatics or IT training with relevant further education Structured working, sense of responsibility and overview in the regulated environment. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.

The area currently comprises eight employees – by the end of 2028, growth is planned to 18 to 20 jobs. .
