Support and technical support for all iTWO users (calculation, billing, construction management, purchasing) Management and maintenance of user rights and authorization circles Implementation and organisation of training (presence and online) Maintenance and creation of print templates, reports and lists Technical development and adaptation of iTWO software (including BIM integration, interfaces, automation) Cooperation with the software provider and internal IT Recording, documentation and solution of user problems Ensure accessibility and faster response times for support requests Recording and processing of user needs and change requests Control and coordination of master data management Creation and maintenance of templates, cover sheets and specific work instructions Automation and digitization of workflows in cooperation with IT application admin and key users Ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and legal requirements in cooperation with the QM department

Funded IT skills Very good knowledge of construction-specific processes and the application iTWO or similar ERP for the construction industry Experience in user support and implementation of technical training Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and communication strength Teamability and willingness to pass on knowledge Ability to identify and formulate requirements of the department Experience in process management and digitization of processes Structured and solution-oriented operation
