As 1st and 2nd level support, you will process service requests by phone and in writing. In our ticket system (Jira), you coordinate and process customer requests. You ensure the processing of enquiries according to predetermined customer standards while maintaining the corresponding service levels. You are involved in the development and maintenance of our knowledge base. The duration of your training is usually 3 years.
