Start-up, project planning, implementation / monitoring of investment projects Plan and control budgets for technical projects Promoting innovation and technical development (in particular automation / development of robotics) Optimization of workflows and processes in manufacturing and internal logistics Technical management support in day-to-day business (e.g. compliance with safety standards, planning personnel area and more) Takeover of the key user function for production / logistics

Studies in engineering, e.g. wood engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or production engineering Professional experience in technology / production of a medium-sized production company Fun on innovation and technical progress Entrepreneurial thinking and an independent, targeted and pragmatic way of working Experience with ERP systems and MDE / BDE
