Foreman Non-Destructive Testing/Test Bench (m/f/d)

Management and cooperation: Specialised management (pre-worker) of the team of destruction-free audit and audit bench with active cooperation in day-to-day business, carrying out audits and audits, as well as planning of personnel deployment and monitoring of work results Testing and quality assurance: implementation and coordination of test benches (train test benches) and non-destructive testing (VT, MT, PT) and ensuring compliance with all quality requirements Work coordination: Planning and control of orders, capacities, test benches and time scales and ensuring the availability of materials, test equipment and equipment Equipment and maintenance: organisation of machinery repairs, maintenance and planning and procurement of test equipment Quality & Security: Ensuring compliance with quality, work and safety standards and continuous monitoring of process quality Efficiency enhancement: Identification and implementation of optimization measures to increase productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness in the field of non-destructive testing/test bench

Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the metal sector (e.g. material tester (m/w/d)) and further training as a master (e.g. certified industrial master metal (IHK) (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual professional experience in production and ideally in crack testing (ZfP) Certificates: Required is the qualification according to certificate levels I + II for VT, MT and PT know-how: structured working and experience in the planning and coordination of testing and manufacturing processes; An advantage of the price Management competence: First experience in the professional management of employees is advantageous So you work: You are team-oriented, reliable and willing to take responsibility.
