Creation, adaptation and maintenance of detailed drawings in the CAD system Creating sketches, drawings and plans Development of control details for windows, doors and roof and facade elements Support for work preparation, in particular in the preparation of control details Participation in the technical clarification of connection details Support for special solutions and project-specific adaptations Close cooperation with design, project management and work preparation Creation of dimensions of existing buildings Creation of scales, inventory lists and digital quantity collection Acquisition of quantity determination based on technical drawings and structuring the billing of facade construction projects Regular coordination with the building and project management on billing topics Communication and coordination with architects, customers and craftsmen

Complete training and professional experience as a signatory or comparable qualification Safe handling of MS Office and EDV Safe handling of CAD programs Basic knowledge of construction, especially windows, doors, roof and facade Team skills Self-employed, structured and responsible work
